General Warranty

Cylinders, Inc. warrants its work will be performed in a workmanlike manner, free from defects, and in accordance with industry standards for a period of one (1) year after repair. This non-transferrable warranty shall be void in the event of abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or work by others. Cylinders Inc. makes no other warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for defective work shall be for Cylinders Inc., at its own cost, to correct the work during this one (1) year warranty period. CUSTOMER RELEASES CONTRACTOR FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, COSTS, CLAIM, LIABILITY, COST, EXPENSE, OR LOSS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, BY STATUTE, IN TORT, OR ON ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE GROUNDS.
