An End-of-Year Message from Kyle, Chief Operating Officer of Cylinders, Inc.
To all who’ve been part of our journey this year,
As we come to the close of another year, I would like to take a moment to thank you — our valued customers, partners, and colleagues — for the continued trust you place in Cylinders, Inc. Every day, our team has the privilege of supporting the businesses that keep America’s construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors moving. It’s a responsibility we take seriously, and one we work hard to uphold with every repair, inspection, and consultation.
Looking ahead, 2026 will mark an exciting step forward in how we present ourselves to the industry. Early next year, we’ll be unveiling a refreshed brand identity — complete with a new logo and a new website. This has been in the works for some time, and I want to share the “why” behind this update, and what it means (and doesn’t mean) for the way we serve you.
A brand refresh isn’t about change for the sake of change. It’s about clarity, alignment, and truth in how our company represents itself. Over the last several years, Cylinders, Inc. has grown — not just in volume, but in capability, scope, and the level of technical expertise our customers rely on. The industry has taken note.
The conversations we’re having today with construction executives, fleet managers, maintenance directors, and OEM partners are more strategic than ever. What we realized is that our visual identity and digital presence should better reflect the company we’ve become.
A cohesive, modern brand isn’t simply a marketing asset. It’s part of how we communicate trust, reliability, and professionalism — before a customer ever picks up the phone or sends us a cylinder. In a sector where downtime has direct financial consequences and vendor selection carries real operational risk, perception matters. A refreshed brand helps ensure that our first impression is as strong as our performance in the field and in the workshop.
As we step into 2026 with a refreshed logo and a rebuilt website, you’ll continue to receive the same high-quality service, technical precision, and responsiveness that have shaped us since 1991

Many of you know this well already, but it’s always worth highlighting what sets us apart:
Our work is hands-on, technical, and often mission-critical. It demands more than surface-level knowledge. It requires the kind of expertise that only comes from experience, continuous training, and a shop culture that values precision above all else.
As we prepare to introduce our refreshed brand and redesigned website, our mission remains unchanged: to be the most trusted hydraulic cylinder repair partner in the industry.
Our brand may evolve, but our promise stays the same — expert repair, honest guidance, fast turnaround, and a level of technical rigor that gives our customers confidence in every piece of equipment they put into the field.
Whether you’ve worked with us for years or recently brought us on board, we appreciate the role you allow us to play in your operations. And we don’t take that trust lightly.
On behalf of the entire Cylinders, Inc. team, I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year. We look forward to supporting you in 2026 and providing the expertise, reliability, and partnership your team deserves.
Warm regards,
KyleChief Operating Officer, Cylinders, Inc.
